1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, which must also be in good condition.

Final sale items, underwear, or customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Carefully package the item(s), including all original packaging.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

Clear photos of the item(s) received
We’ll take care of the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
